How do I access my account?
Through the mobile or web application. You will be provided with an online account and given login credentials. You will also be given the website address for your GPS tracking needs. Any computer with a working standard Internet browser can be used to login and locate the vehicle(s).

Will the vehicle device run down the battery of the vehicle?
No, it will not. The vehicle device consumes very little power and goes into sleep mode when it senses that the vehicle ignition has been switched off.

Are your devices compatible with all vehicles, including heavy trucks?
Yes, THL tracking service is a universal solution that can be installed on any type of vehicle. This includes passenger cars, light/medium/ heavy duty trucks and motorbikes.

Should I need extra features what then would happen?
We are customer centric and always welcome to new ideas as they help us come up with solutions, should a customer have an idea on what they would want the system to achieve then we will set us a meeting to understand the scope of and forge a way forward.

if the hardware loses connectivity, will I lose the data?
No, the hardware will store the data until a connection is available. Once a connection is available, the hardware will upload all the data stored back to the portal.
